“Less cleaning, more socialising!” is how George and Shellz Kerr describe their positive move into Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort.
Lured back to Perth from Queensland to spend more time with their treasured children and grandchildren, George and Shellz are thrilled at how friendly and fun life in the Resort is.
“We didn’t socialise much in Queensland but we do here, having met a great bunch of fellow Resort Homeowners,” says George, a former FIFO worker.
“We’re keen travellers and caravanners, so we also very much appreciate the easy, safe lock and leave lifestyle the Resort offers.”
“During our earlier travels around Australia, we met lots of people who lived in lifestyle communities and loved it, so when we heard radio ads about this Resort, we checked it out and knew it was for us.”
Shellz says they’ve settled in well and love their new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Feeling Groovy home design.
“Our home is much bigger than we were expecting and our furniture fits perfectly,” she explains.
“We’re also really enjoying having much less housework to do compared to living in a large home!”
