The unveiling of our stunning Lake House delivers Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort homeowners and staff a peaceful, picturesque haven for celebrations and those quieter moments in life.
Sitting over a lake via boardwalks and surrounded by wetlands and winding footpaths, the Lake House is a natural sanctuary, perfect for reading, sipping a cup of tea or coffee or enjoying a glass of wine.
Positioned away from the main Clubhouse, it’s also been crafted with private entertaining in mind.
“Homeowners can host events and functions within the space’s board room which converts to a boutique function room as desired,” explains Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort sales operations manager Ella Wood.
The Lake House also features an open plan lounge, spacious kitchen, and a private day spa where homeowners can indulge in beauty and wellness treatments.
“In keeping with the Hamptons aesthetic of the Clubhouse, we have ensured plenty of natural light seeps into the Lake House through highlight windows, glass stacker doors and skylights,” says Ella.
“The white timber balustrading is gorgeous and the extensive timber alfresco space is magnificent for outdoor entertaining.”
The architect-designed Lake House will no doubt be embraced as a ‘destination’ space at the Resort, says Ella.
“It will transport those who use it to a place of tranquillity and joy,” she enthuses.
