Throughout this mammoth project, our homeowners have shown incredible patience and support as we navigated the complexities of construction. Their support has been in- valuable, and we are deeply grateful.
We look forward to the memories that will be made and cherished in this thoughtfully designed Clubhouse, where community spirit will thrive.
As we press on with the home builds, we now have stages 3d and 3e occupied, bringing life and vibrancy to our community. Additional to this, stage 4a and 4b continued to progress smoothly with Homeowners in stage 4b set to enjoy scenic views of our Lake House and surrounding wetlands from spring 2025. For those looking for a slightly later timeline, there is an excellent range of homes in 5a.
The remaining stages of our Resort have been confirmed, and house designs have been allocated to each home. This milestone offers potential buyers a unique opportunity to plan ahead and select their preferred homes well in advance.
On a more personal note, the team at Providence Piara Waters has once again demonstrated their dedication and collaborative spirit over the past year. Their hard work has been instrumental in achieving our goals, and we are proud of their achievements.
