With Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort now fully sold out, attention has turned to the final stages of construction, and there’s plenty to update Homeowners on.
Stage 7a homes are nearing completion, with Homeowners expected to begin moving in around early spring 2026, while Stage 7b homes are also progressing well and are anticipated to welcome Homeowners to the Resort around late spring 2026.
The newly completed Hobby Shop further enhances the Resort’s outstanding amenities and includes a microbrewery and golf simulator, offering yet another unique lifestyle feature for Homeowners.
Additionally, the caravan storage and washdown area is close to completion, providing a safe and purpose‑built facility for Homeowners to store and maintain their caravans with confidence.
These, among a few other finishing touches are expected to be completed by the end of 2026, closing out the Resort construction works, a wonderful resort for Homeowners and a proud achievement for the Providence team.
