Exciting developments continue at Piara Waters, with major milestones reached across the community.
Stage 6 civil works are nearly complete, marking a significant step forward in the project. Construction has officially commenced on Stage 7, the final stage of the development—bringing us one step closer to completing this vibrant community.
In residential news, we’re pleased to share that all homeowners in Stages 4A and 4B have now moved in. Meanwhile, residents in Stage 5 have begun settling into their new homes, adding more life and energy to the growing neighbourhood.
The much-anticipated Lakehouse landscaping is now fully complete. Homeowners and visitors can enjoy a peaceful walk around the lake’s edge – and soon, they’ll also be able to make the most of the new outdoor gym equipment. With an Arm Bike, Stationary Bike, and Leg Lift Station on the way, it’s the perfect addition for those wanting to stay active while soaking up the scenic views.
In even more exciting news, the Providence Lifestyle Piara Waters Resort has been nominated as a finalist for the Seniors Living category at the prestigious Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards. This recognition reflects the community’s commitment to quality, innovation, and an exceptional living environment. We’ll be sure to share the results, so stay tuned!
