Two-and-a-half years since Piara Waters Resort began to spring to life, things are well and truly charging head.
With Piara Waters Resort’s stunning Lake House completed, work is now underway on our jaw-dropping Clubhouse. “We’re particularly excited to see the Clubhouse taking shape as this will be a game changer for the Resort and its Homeowners, and I believe it will be the best of its kind in any WA lifestyle community,” says the Resort’s Creative Manager, Janine Thomas.
It is anticipated that the Clubhouse will be ready by mid-2024, along with Stage 3C, which has now been released. “Our team is pushing ahead with the establishment of more homes and streets in the Resort, and with neighboring sites also under development, the entire area is enjoying significant advancements,” says Janine.
“When work first began on our site in January 2021, it was nothing more than a big paddock, complete with horses and an empty double-story house, so it has really come a long way! To get to this point was a 7-year journey for John to obtain Development Approval, which is a testament to his belief and perseverance in the project. From January 2021, we started to bring the vision to reality. Despite huge building labor and supply shortages and relentless complexities, which none of us ever envisaged, we are reassured to see progress and the Resort start to take shape.
“Suffice to say, the past two years have been a reminder to persevere amid all the hurdles, keep perspective, and retain a good sense of humor!”
With work at Piara Waters Resort in full swing, our team has grown to accommodate this. Katrina Reynolds has joined us as Executive Assistant, Emma Kallarn as Head of Development & Construction, and Blake Duffield as Sales Consultant.
“This fantastic trio comes with extensive experience, and each of them has hit the ground running within this very busy environment,” explains Janine. “Blake has deep knowledge of WA’s property sector and particularly the Harrisdale and Piara Waters areas, so he’s a tremendous sounding board for potential Resort Members and downsizers.
