In a West Australian first, Providence Piara Waters will offer each residence access to centralised business-grade technology and communications services.

The cutting-edge lifestyle resort innovation paves the way for homeowners to simply and easily plug in to super fast internet speeds, amongst other technology benefits, as soon as they move in, with no upfront connection or product costs.

Partnering with WA-based Aqura Technologies, the Resort’s owners have invested in state-of-the-art infrastructure to deliver a Technology and Communications Solution (TCS) that is secure and stress free, backed by local support, and offers value for money.

“This opt-in service is all about making sure homeowners have the best of the best – from being able to reliably connect to any streaming service or free to air TV, video calling family, friends or clients without interruption, and greeting their visitors via the Resort’s video intercom system,” says Resort sales manager Janine Thomas.

“A big plus is that, if you’re going away for an extended period, you can simply switch off the service and save money while you’re gone.”

The Providence TCS combines a smart core infrastructure with a wireless access point installed to homes and a dedicated volume of internet bandwidth, meaning connection speed won’t be compromised, even at peak times.

The system even means that, while you’re home, all emergency, local, national and mobile phone calls are free.

“This is a very exciting and affordable advance that simply wasn’t an option for communities like this even just a few years ago,” says Janine.

“Another fabulous feature of our TCS is a 24 hour helpline provided by local Perth companies so if there is an unexpected issue, it can be fixed fast.”

Each home’s built-in technology will easily connect with the homeowners’ personal computer and phone devices to make it easy to stay up-to-date on Providence activities and news.

This infrastructure also means live video footage from across the Resort’s CCTV systems can be displayed directly to each homes’ TV, adding another layer of safety and security.

The Data and Communications Package costs $80 a month for stage one buyers, with no upfront connection fees, and each homeowner is gifted three months to test and trial the service and infrastructure.
