John and I share a deep love of music, which will continue to be represented and reflected through all Providence Resorts. From street names to house names, and the introduction of Music Rooms.
Music, and eras of music unique to over 50’s play an important influence in the spaces we create.
We believe in the joy, healing, and emotional connection that music offers — whether you’re simply listening or playing an instrument yourself.
Our Music Rooms are designed with this philosophy in mind. These rooms aren’t just for musicians to experiment; they’re also inviting spaces where anyone can enjoy music in a private, peaceful setting and relax. Whether you’re unwinding with a glass of wine, enjoying your favourite song, or sharing the joy of classic tunes with friends, these rooms can provide a special place within our Resorts.
Take a moment to explore our Wall of Fame, where we honour musicians, whose incredible talents have shaped the world. While there are countless others we could include, we’re sure you’ll recognise many of the artists who have influenced you.
The Music Rooms are designed with soundproof walls, creating a perfect environment to enjoy music without disturbing your neighbours. You can turn up the volume and truly immerse yourself in the experience.
Each music room will be equipped with a large (and powerful!) JBL speaker, allowing you to easily connect your phone via Bluetooth and play your favourite tunes. The speaker delivers fantastic sound and even comes with disco lights for added fun.
At Piara Waters you’ll also find a beautiful antique record player, fully functional and a joy to use. A special thanks to Ross and Shirley from House 1 for generously donating it!
If you have a collection of records you’d like to donate, there is a turntable available to enjoy them too.
I really encourage all Providence Homeowners to explore and enjoy these spaces.
On a warm evening, open up the glass doors, sit back, and let your favourite songs take you on a journey of relaxation and reflection.
