Our incredible team at Providence is expanding. We’re very pleased to introduce our two newest members: Darlene Formentin as a Lifestyle Sales Consultant and Kyle Formica as Resort Manager at Henley Brook.
Darlene Formentin – Lifestyle Sales Consultant
Darlene joins the Providence Team with seven years of experience in the over 50’s resort living sector, excelling in both selling off-the-plan builds and assisting Homeowners with selling their existing homes. Before her resort career, she spent 12 years in the building industry, helping people achieve their dream homes.
Darlene’s expertise in both building and resort living, along with her ability to build strong relationships, make her an asset to our team. Her connections with industry leaders like John Wood and John Green, developed during her time at NLV, underscore her reputation for forming lasting partnerships.
Darlene is passionate about helping people downsize and upsize their lifestyles. She loves seeing Homeowners find a renewed sense of community with like-minded neighbours who quickly become friends. Originally from Gingin, WA, Darlene now lives with her husband and four children and enjoys spending time with family, especially over a good meal.
Darlene works alongside Blake, Mark, and Letitia in Sales, helping meet growing demand across our Resorts and promoting the unique lifestyle we offer.
Kyle Formica – Resort Manager at Henley Brook
Kyle brings extensive experience in lifestyle communities, design, and construction. Before joining Providence Lifestyle Henley Brook, he was Village Manager at NLV, managing day-to-day operations and overseeing major infrastructure upgrades.
Kyle holds a diploma in electronic systems engineering and spent three years studying electrical engineering before moving into a technical sales role. His engineering knowledge and sales experience make him a valuable addition to the team.
As Resort Manager at Henley Brook, Kyle works with the Development and Operations Team to deliver Stage 1 homes and transition the first Homeowners. He also leads Resort Manager Meetings across Henley Brook, Mandurah, and Haynes. His proactive leadership will be key as Henley Brook grows.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors with his young family, including his three-year-old son. He embraces the lifestyle that Providence embodies and is excited to bring that passion to his new role.
