It’s been a hot start to 2024 and the soaring temperatures in February and March have created a challenging environment for our Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort building team – however, with so much on the to-do list, this dedicated group is powering ahead with its substantial workload.
There’s been much progress on the site in recent months and, as houses start to fill the section right up toward Warton Road, the streetscape is changing significantly. This area will be home to our convenient caravan and boat storage space, along with the Resort’s amazing workshop and car wash station. The latest inclusion, designed to support our wonderful pet-friendly community, is a dog wash!
This year will be very busy on the ground in other ways too, with many new homeowners set to move in. The second quarter of 2024 is likely to see residents who’ve secured homes in Stages 3D and 3E settling into the Resort. This section will bring with it our innovative Billie Jean home – an affordable and compact 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom design which we are sure will impress.
At the same time as all of that progresses, we are in the final design phase for Stage 4. This section sits on the northeast side of the Lake House and will back onto the green titled lots which front Southampton Drive.
As it’s tucked away in a quiet pocket and offering some pretty vistas over the Lake House gardens, this is a particularly sought-after location within the Resort. Those purchasing within Stage 4 can anticipate a move in date of early spring 2024.
Also in the pipeline are some unique home designs for another lovely section of the Resort that includes direct Lake House facing lots along Moonlight Lady Street. We are still in the design development phase but are eager to showcase these as soon as all the details are completed.
In other Piara Waters news, the exciting Clubhouse build is well underway. This is a mammoth project that will absolutely bring a major ‘wow factor’ to the Resort. Meticulous thought is going into the design details to ensure this is a beautiful space to enjoy for years to come. We anticipate works on the Clubhouse will be wrapped up in the third quarter of this year.
