Stage 1 is on its way!
It’s hard to imagine how many tiny details are involved in Stage 1 but it is the detail that will ensure that this will be one of the best resorts in Perth!
All 13 house designs will have their front facades available for viewing in colour and 3D within the next few days. This will make a purchase decision much easier.
The houses will arrive on site Aug/Sept with move-in scheduled Oct/Nov/Dec and Stage 2 will be soon after.
It’s easy to delay…to put it off…to think you are too young to be thinking of down-sizing…but that is usually the exact time you should do it!
Making the move now whist you are young and able to really enjoy life is so much easier than facing it when you are “older” and more fearful of change.
This Resort will be so much fun to live in! Imagine being surrounded by a huge array of amazing facilities which you can use year-round. The aim is to be MORE active not LESS active – so here you will certainly have that option.
You will love the new friendships you will make and having a busy social calendar!

In here we will be giving you exciting insight into how our project is travelling, any key dates to make note of and an all the possible information you might what to know about the facilities available to home owners!

This week we have received finalised CGIs (computer generated images) of all the homes from our marketing team, our landscapers and architects are working around the clock to secure beautiful pear and peppermint trees for the boulevard and we are hoping to lock in a date for our Christmas Party for our first home owners in Stage 1 which is extremely exciting!

Meet Wilson the Moreton Bay Fig Tree
Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort has a very special tree which will become a key feature to our Resort. We named him “Wilson” (after the Tom Hanks movie) as we felt this tree is someone to talk to! It is a truly glorious tree and one of the Resorts many attractions.
It is a Moreton Bay Fig Tree and around 50 years old and will DOUBLE in size over the years! Our talented team of architects and landscapers have designed a decking area underneath Wilson’s beautiful branches to create a serene atmosphere for our Lifestylers.
This will be the perfect place to sit with your morning cuppa, do a yoga class, have a lunchtime catch up or evening drinks with friends or grab a good book and lay underneath the canopy looking up into the leaves.
We are so excited to share Wilson in all his glory with our home owners and hope you fall in love with him as we have!
Providence Piara Waters Development Update
It’s an exciting time for the project team with development work at Piara Waters having commenced on 3rd May 2021.
We have received planning approval and earthworks approval for these works to commence and have appointed an experienced earthworks contractor.
Richard Hammond Architects have done a fantastic job completing the concept designs for the Clubhouse and the Lakehouse, which are now progressing to a more detailed level of design.
We are focussing on a high level of tree retention around the Clubhouse, with further onsite meetings to maximise this to be held in the coming weeks.
